Thank you for this great video! I am a resident and I've always had a question: how to switch from propofol to dexmedetomidine? or how to switch from midazolam to propofol? etc! I am unable to find this information anywhere in our textbooks! I'd really appreciate it if you could shed some light on this! Thanks again! Joe

Hi Joe, thanks for reaching out! Switching is straightforward and no real need for transition or, there is no dose conversion between them, Just take one off and start the other but only if there’s a good reason to switch.
