Another piece of important advice for GCPD officers, if you happen to encounter this vigilante be prepared to reveal any information you may have regardless of its importance or relevance to the ongoing. The Vigilante has been reported making potential suspects talk by simply yelling at them to do so, if you wish to avoid any serious injuries, reveal any and every piece of relevant information.

i love the idea in itself,the execution not so much. filters are a little too heavy and can kinda be distracting,maybe switch to just a VHS grain rather than the glitching. But overall great job.!

I think it’s Batman after Knightfall in the Arkham games. Given how he likely faked his death and how Batman “disappeared” in the game, and how we see a nightmarish form of Batman with the same colors of Scarecrow’s fear toxin in the 100% ending, I think this is Batman continuing his crime fighting after his “death”.

I may be showing my age, but I initially thought it was a reference to Azbats (Azrael taking on the Bat-mantle after Bane did his thing). The final Azbats suit was wider rather than tall and skinny, but it did have an overall streamlined design....
