Yes, it's most audible in the beginning of the song when the piano is most easily heard. It sounds like the second chord with maybe just another note to make it sound slightly higher.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but It sounds like there are three chords and not two, when you are playing with your right hand. If you listen to the song the last two notes or chords played are different than the previous two.
