Thanks for the video man, I am already a subscriber and I literally just watched this video when I searcher "Super NT" in your channel. My SNES is broke, I left in my mother's house along with my authentic cartridges over there, now that analogue is making the final batch I was able to secure a pre order of the Super NT. Since my games is at her house and now that I am living abroad I am looking for the best options to utilize my Super NT. This multi cart from retro circuits is dope, sadly their website is down but I will try to oder one later. I hope the jailbreak for the Super NT to enable FX games soon, because even the lastest update doesn't support FX chip games.

Hi Madlittlepixel i have a Super NT and love it. I can't wait till Analogue announces their next project, but Christopher Taber has hinted that he is a "BIG" Sega fan, if that's anything to go by - we might have ( cross fingers ) an "Analogue Mega NT" in the very near future.

Heck yes! I did hear about him hinting at that in an interview! Would be flippin amazing to have a FPGA Sega Genesis! But PLEASE has 32x and Sega CD support! Or maybe 32x support built in? :P

I think NT was used because it simulated a Nintendo machine, i'm guessing Sega will be SG or something like that. Also Kevtris has said the 32x built in would be impossible because the 32X is like a more powerful version of the Genesis and you would need a massive FPGA to simulate both. I'm guessing they will just make it compatible with the 32x and Sega CD.

Yes - You would build it to slot the original 32x straight into the cartridge slot.

Super NT is a great high end clone system. I have a SFC color scheme 8bit do controller and its a fantastic controller. I have an SD2DNES that way i don't have to dig out my games. Great vid.

I use mine everyday. Had lots of trouble with my 8bitdo controller so I went back to my asciipad. Contra 3 was almost unplayable with the 8bitdo d pad. I have since switched out the dpad but I should not have had to do that. I also picked up the hyperkin mouse for Mario paint and arkanoid. Mouse works great also.

There were two items I was going to highlight which was the mouse and the hyperkin scout but the video went on longer then I hoped and it slipped through the cracks! lol but definitely recommend the mouse and I think the Scout is a great option as well! I dont remember if it was you or someone else who mentioned before that Contra 3 was virtually unplayable with the 8bitdo controller. But im going to have to try that out! Thanks!

Madlittlepixel I have heard that only some of the 8bitdo controllers have bad d pads. After I switched out the d pad with a Super Nintendo d pad it works better but still not to my liking. Maybe I’m a little picky but I need that SNES feel.

Great tips. I personally went for the Supa Retron HD but most of these suggestions apply to that too. Anyone who wants a great 3rd party controller should pick up the Scout controller. They feel amazing. I'm hoping to get a SD2SNES someday but I got to save up. Does anyone know if MSU-1 games work on the Supa Retron HD with SD2SNES?

I think you could have also mentioned getting a Super Game Boy or Super Game Boy 2. I have Japanese version and love it. Granted, it only plays GB games but it's still cool.

Yeah Super Gameboy is a must have for sure. I think I let that slip my mind because ive been mainly using the Gameboy Player lately instead of my Super Gameboy.

Basically for the price of a Nintendo Switch I can get an SNES flash cart. Good thing I'm getting money back for tax refund. I bought two 1 up cards and looks like they work well. I have yet to need to use them. I have a good amount of original carts and a few hacks. I'll be checking out the links you provide.

I've tried the SNES extensions for my analogue Super NT and they DO NOT work. Yes for the record I did use original SNES controllers.
