Hi, When you say not showing your face what do you mean exactly? As in the photos aren't showing anything when they develop?

Hi I don't mine is not showing any pictures firstly I thought my camera isn't working but then I changed the battery and now the clips are out but they are white for 10 mins but no picture is showing on them
