This game is dope. I've been in some sick fire fights. With dust and debris flying everywhere. Proves games with graphics like this can still look good, and better than some of these games out now

The combat encounters in Selaco are so freaking good man. The set pieces and sequences are so damn cool. Punchy gunplay and the AI are smart as hell.

Honestly… top 3 shooters of the past 10 years and it’s only Early Access. The gunplay feels on the level of Titanfall 2 and Black. The ebb and flow feel like a System/BioShock. The graphics are like if Duke 3D and Halo had a gorgeous baby. The enemies are smart and vicious making the battles epic and tense like F.E.A.R. Just everything about this game is my jam.

This is up there with "CULTIC" with me so far. CULTIC is much more simple. But they absolutely great retro games. Selaco is probably gonna be my favorite "larger style" retro shooter since since Prodeus and WRATH

GZDoom does actually allow for 3D models as players/weapons/enemies or props.

It's story driven in the way Half-Life is. A vast majority of it is environmental in nature, and while Half-Life had NPCs that would talk to you and direct you to where you needed to go, Selaco instead focuses a greater emphasis on the locations than Half-Life and data logs that further build on the world and what's happening.
