Highlighting the agreement, makes Trump look more guilty since there isn't anything else that Pecker was potentially criminally liable for.

Obviously you cannot make a wrong right. His attorneys are not magicians. The prosecution has all the proof and that cannot be unseen. Trump is a fraud and is exactly where he should be before he is escorted to jail where he belongs for his frauds/crimes.

That latter slogan is based on faulty logic (denying the antecedent), and the defense surely knew that. Denying the antecedent is: If P, then Q. Not P. Therefore, not Q. Where P is "the glove fits", and Q is "not guilty". E.g., in concrete terms: If you are a ski instructor, then you have a job. You are not a ski instructor. Therefore, you have no job.[
