Analysis of composite model part 1/2

Good video! I'm starting to learn how to model composites in Ansys and i don't understand why you modelled the composite in ACP after you already modelled the same lay-up in "Model", with the "Layered Section" function. Also, the results were similar, but a bit different, why is that? Is the ACP modelling more accurate? Thanks!

hii sir, I am from india and doing a project on composite plate with stiffeners.I have modeled plate in acp but I am unable to get the plate and stiffener geometry together in acp.When i do that only plate gets imported to acp but stiffener is not imported along with plate. As I need to make layers in stiffener also so please help in this regard as soon as possible.I can mail you my ansys geometry file if needed. Reply plz
