Hi. There are many ways to measure the total thickness of your composite model. using sensors is one of them.

To be accurate i designed 0/90 woven bamboo mat on solidworks and now i want to attach the mat and the glass fibre rectangle( as shown in this video) together as a composite as i simply cannot put constraints.
