I need your suggestion For example : 10% Carbon fiber, 90%Cu First row : random arrangements of carbon fiber and cu Second row : change the angle position Third row : different from previous one Fourth one : any other. Here my question how to add the volume of fraction ( 10% Carbon fiber + 90 % Cu)?

hello thanks for watching, hmmm, my sugesstion you can define your dimension composite first then try to divide the portion for 10% Carbon and 90% Cu by thickness.

but if this case for design the new composite, you should use Material Design in ANSYS to built your own composite with your own properties

I liked the video, I am having a problem studying an assembly where one of the pieces is made of composite material. When placing the assembly in the ACP module, when I go to the setup only the part to which I am going to apply the composite material appears (I understand that it is because I defined it as a surface previously), but when I link the ACP module to the structural static I only see links the composite part and not the entire assembly.

Sorry for late reply. if your window using composite material, sure you need use ACP for computation because the behavior of composite is different from other material.
