This is not a contest. Kollington is the oldest and leader of Fuji musicians right now. The issue seems to be that Baba Kollington speaks very directly (straight shooter) and lacks diplomacy, which tends to upset some people in general. Let's be honest: Baba Kollington should consider moderating his language on sensitive topics. As an elder and a leader, he should communicate with more care.
