Electrons are negatively charged then it should get attracted to the oppositely charge anode right??? But in the video its moving towards the negatively charged electrode ....can you explain if I am wrong (Barrier layer cell)

It's true that electrons are attracted to opposite charges(although in your example you're talking about the cathode, not anode). The barrier layer cell is its own electricity source(like a battery); which means its electrodes are the negative and positive terminals.
