Expensive for a lens with such weak anamorphic qualities! You lose resolution cropping to traditional anamorphic aspect ratios on cameras that don’t support open gate recording, and it’s only a 1.6x desqueeze. Couple that with the fact that it provides a 22mm horizontal fov and is T2.9 and outside of the very attractive compact carbon fibre build, I don’t see anything interesting in this lens, especially at this price.
