Don't look back, look forward. It doesn't even matter whether Nahoum pulls down it shutter. Calcutta has become Kolkata still the life goes on. There are so many bakeries now available all around unlike earlier Kolkata some of them are good some are not. Nahoum is just a nostalgia nothing great.
