Sri Yukteswar's The Holy Science, 1/5: Introduction and Chapter 1, "The Gospel"

From The Holy Science written by Swami Sri Yukteswar, guru of Paramhansa Yogananda. This book was written at the request of Mahavatar Babaji, as described in _Autobiography of a Yogi_. Class by Nayaswami Dharmarajan on 29 Apr 2020.

Thank you so much for this talk! I am only on my second SRF home lesson and began reading Holy Science last week. I soon realized what a huge intellectual undertaking it would be, to say nothing of the other types of challenges being new to SRF/Kriya - but as a former philosophy undergrad (circa 1999) I decided to bite the proverbial bullet and give reading it my best shot. (That diagram nearly killed me though! Lord!) I actually copied it by hand in a notebook then labeled it with the English translations so I could try to wrap my brain around it! While watching your video, I found myself (correctly) completing some of your sentences, which tells me there IS hope for me! Looking forward to reading more of this true gift of a text and then finding your other videos on it. They truly are a help! Thank you : )

Many thanks for the class series on Sri Yukteswarji's Holy Science. I had read the hardcopy of the book previously. This class motivated me to buy the Kindle version. Now I can make annotations as I read along.
