The brother of Shree 3 PM Bir Shumsher JBR, Khadga Shumsher was the main mastermind behind making his brother the Shree 3. He was supposed to be one in later years. He however was stripped off his power and sent to Palpa by Bir Shumsher. His brother Chandra Shumsher sent Khadga out of country later.
