@siran804 peta and other animal welfare org are hand in hand working with ambanis for money First they target Temple elephants & Private elephant owners which are well maintained, first they will try to buy. Then threatening. Still if they refuse, Peta will file case in local district courts, will submit forged proofs that animal was tortured. Once getting judgement in favor, (these people are poor and cant afford famous lawyers) Peta will take over animal and send to ambani. For first 3 months they will not give any food to these animals and make it look terribly ill. They will take photo and publish that it's the animal condition when it was rescued. But no one going to check when the photo was taken. Later they will again feed the animal normally. Without even having zoo license, they started kidnapping many elephants from temples in kerala, Tamilnadu, North East states

@siran804 as Ambani started without proper zoo license, they don't want anyone to file case against them, as BJP may turn furious if Hindu temple elephants are stolen by ambani. So Peta filed a case against themself by a 3rd party across many states in India. They argued with all these forged proofs and received judgement in their favor in Odisha. To legitimate that judgement across India, they went for appeal in Supreme court against themselves. As SC given same verdict, now they dont have any fear on private Zoo license
