I saw lyengar in your teaching sensation. Excellent teaching.If any mistake in my comment sorry . If have mistake forgive me. Recently I watched the legend Iyengar's yoga videos. I felt shame for me. Because, I am from India in tamil nadu now 44 years running. But, did not know for the legend. Waste in my life in those days. When I saw gurujii B.k.s.Iyengar I was inspired to protect my body in his way. I know it's too late. But I will do started now. Thanking U.
