तथागत बुद्ध ने विपासना द्वारा परम सत्य या अंतिम सत्य का खोज किया विश्व में कोई ऐसा इतिहास नहीं मिलता है कि बुद्धों के अलावा कोई परम सत्य को जाना है यदि इस संसार के लोग पाखंड अंधविश्वास तथा अहंकार त्याग कर तथागत बुद्ध के विपस्सना मार्ग के तरफ बढ़े तो पूरा ब्रह्मांड स्वर्ग से भी उत्तम बन जाएगा

Enjoyed this meditation very much, it WAS Lord Buddha’s meditation , it WILL be great for us too ! Soft background music and your soft calm voice is perfectly suited for guiding us . Felt relaxed and at peace with myself, at times felt sleepy and dozed off momentarily ( poor sleep last night). I feel , I will be able to do this meditation daily. Greetings from Canada Dr Prabhat.
