As a Filipino who’s way into punk in America who’s life was impacted entirely by drugs, I find it so cool to find other people who are just like me who share the same hatred for drugs like I do. I never knew because I always had seen the side my mom and dad wanted me to see. But this, this is what I love and live for. Rebellion against the oppressors of the people. Fuck yeah

@benjaminroque19816 жыл бұрын
And if they get arrested.. Or shot for being a punk.. Aka.. Anti authority.. As what you said.. That will be the best thing to happen.
@Sabundy6 жыл бұрын
Benjamin Roque you have a very strange logic. And you are making a huge leap in logic. Where on earth did I make any mention of it being OK for them or anyone to be shot, or arrested?....if them being anti authority means they could be shot or arrested then you have a problem with your society....as in its socially backwards. And your police are murderers. That has nothing to do with them being punk, but says a lot about your society and how conservative, conformist, and intolerant it is of anything that doesn't follow what's considered the norm. I am supporting their right to be who they see themselves as and to be unique individuals so long as they are hurting no one......which by being punk and enjoying their music and subculture they are certainly not hurting anyone. On the contrary they are anti violence and anti oppression. So if them being that is a "threat" or something bad...... Then the problem is your society. Funny that catholic priests aren't subject to the same scrutiny in the Philippines despite the Catholic church, and so many of its priests being guilty of child rape, covering it up and facilitating it (but they are the mainstream.... So they must be good .. right?) But you are worried about the punks??......

Mahirap ipaliwanag talaga ang subculture na ‘ to, but mostly these subculture really came out from post World War 2 kids who experienced hunger and emotional pain, lack of support from parent, malicious news from the TV and fast pace lives of music meets Hollywood disasters na nilagyan ng retaso at pinatulan ng mainstream para mag click. Underground talaga ang PUNK, walang you tube you tube, kapag di mo kilala sorry, mangilan ngilan lang makaka alam niyan.

Pangalawa, These punks right here in this video are for real, living the life and still thriving eventhough they’re out of date already. FOR ME, different Punks have their own dominions and points of conflict of political interest, whatsoever the current president or the upcoming president would implement as part of his agenda, PUNK culture will always be the grass against their field. It’s always ANTI GOVERNMENT. Well, sad to say, all we need to do is drop the negatives and GROW UP as FUTURE PUNKS.
