Ranina is a song contest in Georgia. The winner represents Georgia in jesc. This year Anastasia won but Georgian delegation decided to add two finalists of Ranina, Oto and Nikoloz who competed in Ranina 2022 but lost against Mariam Bigvava. Thats why they are called Anastasia&Ranina.

Another year that Georgia makes it into my top 5 (my winner for now this year!). They are always so good but also so original and different (and so Georgian as well)! Georgia, how can you have so many different yet consistently good entries? Especially since you don't do so well at ESC... And to answer your question, Georgia chooses their representative every year through a singing competition (Ranina) but this year they added two boys from last year's edition to sing the song together with this year's winner (Anastasia).

My 5th place so far. I don't like duo because it's bit messy and I like single. But anastasia and ranina do bit well. Like I love the harmony the traditional music and everything which is around but duo was biggest fear and problem for me. I hope they'll be fine and fixed their vocals but anastasia has the vocals and everything. I am honest. My 5th place well deserved Georgia 🇬🇪 ❤❤❤❤❤❤
