I love the concept of your KZbin, especially the reviews on the parks and recreational campgrounds. The detail it's amazing and the numbering of the sites it really helpful to all the campers. Especially, if you are looking to camp in the areas. I believe in the future you maybe charging for this service. It's so vital and useful. Keep the good work and look forward to having a lot more videos from you guys. I'm so glad I ran into your KZbin. I'm now a subscriber.

Robert, we are glad you found us and appreciate your following us. There are apps that charge, but it’s for a lot more and different info and has a lot more campgrounds. But not with every site shown. We will continue to add these videos to our channel because we know they help and are appreciated. We will never charge- just ask that you watch and possibly share with others. We do make a very small amount of money from the ads that are watched. Thanks again, Alice

Another great review of a Florida State Park. Can't wait for post covid to get my rig down there and stay at some of these parks. Nice job.

Loved the tour of the campsites and main focal points at the camp. Pointing out the main tourist attractions surrounding the area was all I needed as I do my own research. I feel a 2 part video would be fantastic. It might help eliminate less personally interesting sites for some people. Great job on this video. Look forward to others like this. Happy camping!

Joe, thank you so much for watching and your input. We tried the two part video, but the views dropped drastically. Larry likes the campground tour. I like to do the fun stuff part. So that’s why we do the chapters now so you can skip and just watch what you like. See you again soon, Alice

What an awesome park, this is a must do for us as we have been wanting to visit St. Augustine for a while now. Thanks for the review and the virtual stay :) So much to see in St. Augustine. That sunset was gorgeous, and that lighthouse, so iconic. Debbie - BluWave Odyssey

Debbie, this was my first time at the campground. But I’ve been to St. Augustine many times. The area is beautiful. I do love my lighthouses. And the park was amazing too. But hard to get more than a few days. We were lucky to get 14 in a row in one spot. Alice

Thanks for the site by site tour! I wish others did this as well because it lets us see what a specific site I may be interested looks like in a video instead of a cartoon map of the whole park
@DownsizingMakesCents3 жыл бұрын
Angel, most people don’t do it because it’s a lot of work 😂. And it doesn’t get a lot of views. But whenever we read a comment like yours, we realize we are doing the right thing. Thank you. Alice

Answering your question about site by site tour, I like it. Having a larger rig like you do, it would be nice to know if sites are 30 amp or 50 amp (you did list them early on in this vid, thanks!) Things to do inside and near the campground is also a good option to have. I like that you index your videos, helped us skip to the sites that we might want to know about. Enjoyed this video.

We love to read that our videos are helpful. If there are too many sites, we can’t show as much of the things to do. We try to keep the videos not too long

Wow! What a nice view! My wife and I want to camp somewhere in St Augustine. Now, we added that to our bucket list! By the way, we want to get 310gk 2022 spring! Hopefully, we get what we want! Many thanks!
@DownsizingMakesCents3 жыл бұрын
The new 310s are really nice, make sure your get the upgraded 8k axles if you can. Having extra capacity will really give you confidence in your suspension. We broke a leaf spring, it worked ok but could have been a real problem. Larry

Now this looks like a very nice park. The kayak rental place is very neat to. Love all the birds. That was my favorite part of FL. I love them sites. Like how deep they are back in. Plus you get a ton of privacy. Bath house looks nice and clean as well. Plus a very good size. The sites look pretty wide to for most of them. I think we will be back in FL for our next winter after this trip is over. Larry was that lady waving at you? Hey saw your kids. Loved the turtle. That was really cool. Get out in those waters Larry. You can do it. Like the light house. That would be a Jessica thing. The Fort is a me thing. I like that. Nice looking town to. I could do me some drinking down there. lol I like the site by site. I do like the thought of breaking them up. We have talked about that though. lol I am glad Larry made it through another video with no injuries. lol Great stuff y'all.

William, yes. Florida has a lot of birds. And this was a great campsite. Yep. We got the kids to come visit. We usually can if it’s a state park. I saw a lady wave too 😂. I hope you do come to Florida next winter. I made Larry go in the water. Anything for KZbin. I actually loved all the touristy things. I wish we had more time there. We are still torn about combo vs part 1 and 2 vids 🤔 Great hearing from you. Geeks weird we won’t see you for awhile. Larry didn’t hit his head but there are a few new cuts on his fingers. Stay safe.
