This is the real difference between just a dancer and a teacher. It is good to see each move broken down further with explanation which Nastya has elsewhere but the real value of this intelligent, well-ordered, progressive, clear and beautiful tutorial is that it puts all the pieces together to give a student a full picture. By connecting the pieces sequentially this way and by starting off with the basic jump, it really shows that this is a dance and not a set of movements; that is, there is rhythm behind the movements. She has another one called "new cutting shape mini combo" which integrates live music with her combo. Nastya has the spirit of a teacher who knows how to put herself in the shoes of a student. Thanks for all your videos! - Tim

U can do it!!!!:) warm up first and be careful with your knees ;)
@xMoNsTeRx69694 жыл бұрын
Ya she right when I started learning the running man I learned it with like a side step variant, it killed my knees the first few days. But she's right just practice it slow for a few days, exaggerating the high knee when you go on 1 foot. Eventually it will become 2nd nature

After watching the whole video I have to add, just wow. Again the lack of rambling commentary, makes me automatically like you as a person. Your demonstration of the moves is unbeatable, you practically radiate intelligence just from your way of expression. This video is going to be an instrumental part of my near future. I’ll probably watch it 100 times or more until I get every move down. Thank you for making this, such high quality content.

I've watched alot of tutorials on shuffle and in my opinion this is the best tutorial. When you turn for every move it becomes more easier to follow. Most tutorials it's like looking into a mirror and makes it hard to follow. Their left leg on screen is my right. When they travel left on screen l need to travel right. When she turns around it feels like she's right infront me. This video helped me so much. Thank you. 🙂🙏

Very strong achilles you have ma'am, love the energy and know how. What people don't know is if you have messed up tendons in the lower feet area you can still do this just please stretch I mean stretch anyway because this is a wonderful way to build energy, endurance, and lose weight but any injuries to the foot, like my Achilles in my feet, are shot but because she taught us different styles I would definitely say stretch and then go for it. move to dance and honestly helps build muscles and won't wear that muscle because you doing different styles which work out different muscles. If you feel you can't go any further please do not push yourselves. REST. Try again later. Don't push your body to breaking point and have fun. I enjoyed your explanation of this dance thank you.

This is great. The Charleston and reverse Charleston are just the Charleston. The original dance was both forwards and backwards like when you "combined" the two. 15. Jive is actually Collegiate Shag kicks with a variation on the count. If you want new and original moves, look up Charleston dance, collegiate shag dance, new jack swing, crip/blood walk, and 90s shuffle.
