So In the Stephanie jones lawsuit against Baldoni & Jennifer Abel she says Sony reached out to her and told her Sony was Pleased with Justin’s interview in the today show, which imo proves that Sony approved Justin’s promotional strategy of the film or at least proves that they didn’t mind it.Also the rest of the cast would’ve been contractually obligated by the same marketing plan right? Yet they didn’t sound tone deaf in interviews or promoted alcoholic beverages, florals, hair products, or dead pool & Wolverine that was all Blake. Actually Sony said to promote it in a more lighthearted & hopeful way. If you watch Justin Baldoni in his interviews he does try to be more empathic about the way he speaks about the film and he always made sure to implement a message of hope. Same with Blake’s other costar Brandon he and Blake were interviewed together in one of the morning shows and he also talks about the theme of the movie in an empathic way and makes sure to mention a message of hope towards the end. Blake was the one that completely took Sony’s “lighthearted” suggestion or approach to another level! She was horrible during interviews and came off as completely air headed and tone deaf & for that she has her herself to blame & the yes ppl around her to blame also bc they should’ve let her know that her media marketing strategy was not working.

I totally agree with that, I saw this other actor promoting the film and he still had a lot of empathy towards the DV survivors, almost like Baldoni, it was only BL who was promoting it by a crazy way. And don’t make me believe that at Sony, they are as tone deaf as BL. If they said nothing to her, is it possible that they fear her and RR?

This woman got offended for being congratulated on her pregnancy remember? And started to target the woman interviewing her in the most vile and unnecessary way and tried to frame her as a sexist for asking about her clothes. Very calculative trying to make herself look like a victim when she was a huge bully. She almost made the interviewer quit her job!! That was years ago. Seems like she hasn’t learned her lesson. She literally bullied Baldoni out of his passion project. His receipts are CRAZY. She is the ultimate elitist manipulator and seems like some women are biting. Because we need to support women?? No we need to support victims! Did they also forget Blake supported Harvey Weinstein during metoo? Said Woodie Allen was empowering?!! Harvey Weinstein also funded the pr Blake is working with. Hollywood is disgusting!! Go justin for standing up to it and bringing the receipts. They are crazy!!! She has played everyone. The proof is out she literally editted those text messages. Next level evil

Important context to the 30-item list: Baldoni responded 'Although our perspective differs in many aspects, ensuring a safe environment for all is paramount irrespective of differing viewpoints.’ ….In other words, he agreed to get things going again but thought a bunch of that was twisted…. We don’t know what the true is at this point. Only what each side is alleging based on their legal filings and press statements. Blake could be exaggerating her “losses” as a result of the negative press she received during the movie’s press run. Now that Justin has sued the NYT, Blake will have to sit for deposition and provide proof as to the things she is alleging. And, since Baldoni has alleged that Ryan Reynolds was involved, he will have to sit for deposition to. In the end, we’ll find out t he truth. Or the case will settle and we’ll hear nothing more about it.

If BL was somehow “exposed” for exactly who she is where is the deception?? It seems to me that JB’s “conspiracy” began when he allegedly thought she was campaigning against him. So many of these episodes related by her seem strange to say the least. I would n ed to know the context of these and other incidents she “exposes” From the one scene where BL is grabbing JB and pulling him close says to me there was a clear power play going on and boundaries were blurred and violated on both sides. Now while this does NOT justify bad behavior by either, it seems that when BL didn’t feel she had “won” the battle she started crying “wolf” No hun you helped create this monster 👹 ENJOY!?!!🤪😜😝🧐🤔🙄

Blake's own behavior hurt Blake as usual. She was an absolute embarrassment and shame and people were returning her products for refunds and writing bad reviews because the products were bad and they were criticizing her behavior because her behavior was bad. Top that with, why instead of doing PR for the moving was she using it to sell junk? Good grief she's an adult woman who gets off on treating people badly and manufacturing conflict so she can dominate people and she never takes responsibility for herself. Sue if she has a legitimate case, because from a legal standpoint, and a moral one, I think any lawsuit she launches will fail for good reason and if he decides to launch a lawsuit, based on what really went on, I think he will win.

And her PR is going to be called "actual damages" when he pays for it. and Sony's PR And Steph Jones' PR And then pays 3x over again for punitive damages AND ALSO still has to pay for his own. and "what went down" was that his own publicist is suing him ALSO. You think a pR company is not going to run PR? You think a PR company isn't going to recover their costs when they sue someone? delusional if you do.

Did Baldoni file an HR complaint against her? Did Blake lively sign a contract specifically stating she would not retaliate against them? (the answe to that is no the only person who did was Heath as president of Wayfarer.) You can have PR. you can't use it to retaliate for sexual harassment against a protected class, and breach a contract to do it.

@@TheJunkFarm What he did was say in writing they didn't agree with her, but because she was holding up production and they couldn't afford to lose the money, he would agree to give her everything she wanted and not only did Blake and Ryan take over the production because everyone was afraid to not bow down to their every demand, Blake herself said, no one challenged her in any way after that meeting. He said he wouldn't retaliate for her making the complaints, he didn't say he would not try to protect himself from her and her ostracizing him and continuing to try to do him damage. Also, in a court of law, him saying something in anger that was not followed through on is irrelevant and doing positive PR for himself does her no damage. She did herself damage by her own conduct and he has every right to protect himself against her. She needs to stop running her mouth and doing damaging PR and launch a lawsuit as there is nothing to stop her despite her pretending there is, and once launched, she needs to NOT withdraw it and she needs to get to the police and have them start an investigation into the very serious allegations of SA that people are so loosely talking about.

8’:32” No, I never liked BL. I haven’t liked her since Gossip Girl and it had nothing to do with Baldoni. She already buried herself way before. I would have never bought her shampoos because I never liked her. But if you check on Target, people bought her products and returned them because they are bad. Check the feedback page, it’s really, really bad. I would have never bought her alcohol for the same reason: I don’t like her and anyway, I rarely drink. No, BL did it to herself all by herself. She’s a mean girl. If you are (maybe) attracted to her or if/as you are friendly with the author of this book, it’s another story. You are not in a gray area, you are team BL at 100% and you are trying to influence us. But the law is the law and I hope that the law will do its job. Blake Lively's complaints were communicated to HR and agreed to and signed by Baldoni after the SAG-Aftra strike, last year. a. The claims listed in the complaint are detailed and extensive. Baldoni agreed to and signed in favor of her requirements from her complaints b. Other women have come forward publicly, sharing their experiences of how they were treated and spoken to on set. c. A male co-star shared Blake's complaint on his social media, adding the caption, "please read." d. His female podcast co-host quit, posting a statement on social media saying, "we deserve better." e. The SAG-AFTRA association released a statement supporting Blake Lively, encouraging any women experiencing sexual harassment on movie or TV sets to report their concerns directly to SAG-AFTRA. This was a key solution for women on that set (besides Blake), who had previously reported Justin's behavior to the production company but were ignored and even threatened with retaliation for speaking up. This situation has escalated far beyond a mere warning sign-it's a full-blown crisis. The building is burning; it's time to get out.

Blake had already attacked him, used her and her husband's power and money and influence to ostracize him. The things that he DID? No, the things she accuses him of doing in a game playing PR tactic of writing the accusations up as if they were a legal document when all they are is something they wrote up and put out because they knew naive people in the public would believe they were a legal document and assume they hold weight they don't hold. Legal documents are written up according to rules and requirements and officially filed and have to be accepted by the court. None of that happened here, it's no more valid than if I or someone else sat down and wrote a bunch of stuff about you in a way it looked like a legal document, put it out in the public eye and then people started saying, oh look what he did, he's a monster. If she has valid complaints, she needs to file the law suit and move forward with it so there can be discovery and once she sets it in motion, she needs to stick with it and not withdraw down the line, the fact that she hasn't done that, and NO, NO, NO, she does not have to wait, she should have already done it, says a lot now doesn't it. This dominating force who stands up for women's rights just keeps playing PR games and despite making serious allegations, won't follow through? File the suit accusing everything you have the public saying Blake, and go to the police and file SA charges because that's what you have the public claiming.

It’s really up to us to seek out the truth, no matter what happens. If he is a bad man then he deserves everything he gets, if she is at fault, and lying she deserves what happens. Be prepared for what comes. Not all of us are stupid, we can see what is going on, but hold blame until we find out the real truth. I can tell you that this movie wasn’t about DV, it doesn’t work that way. I know…I left with a couple suitcases, my child, just what she needed, my dog, wrote a hot check for gas and prayed. I was lucky I had a family that I would be safe with, but not all women do. You have two options, which you endure so much until you see you can run or stay and chance not being killed. It’s a subject of deep hurt and fear, no a romcom of sorts. This movie was just two accomplished people, who are sexually attractive to each other, but neither are stable, and definitely should not be in a relationship because they both are manipulative. I saw two people who abused each other. But somehow able to walk away with no backlash, that is not DV. Isn’t this basically about a movie that bombed, she lost some sort of sales, he his reputation, that you can watch on demand for 3.99, and was streaming not even a month after. They’re going to blame each other, and then it will go away like it never happened. Why do we even care? Good luck with your surgery and we will see you next week, you must rest and heal!! Please everyone do more research and see the facts presented by Baldoni vs team. Blake doctored the texts she presented as her "evidence" of a smear campaign and literally stole the movie from JB who had been working on it for 5 years!! Justin filed his evidence as a LAWSUIT which means he is under threat of perjury. Blakes allegations were in a complaint - then her actual lawsuit doesn't mention anything about SH - only about emotional damages and loss of income". She wanted her complaint published and for Baldoni to be tried in the court of public opinion to recoup her own tarnished reputation (which she ruined ALL ON HER OWN).

I don't actually think the reporter is right about ties to baldoni being ambiguous We have half the convo. Abel says "he wants this" or "he texted that" or "I'm sending you something" so, they are gong to subpoena those conversations. and if they are not produced, they are going to claim, spoliation and then they are just going to infer the worst possible thing about what they said. and I also don't think it's exculpatory that he didn't like the document because in the next sentence he makes it pretty clear he wants the document to be way worse. and further confirmed by the texts Re the friend OBGYN, it helps if he's an actor. but just as a layman it's creepy AF. I can totally see how a random stranger would be ok and a friend of a guy harassing you would be all of the ICK. Abel's statement was FULL of lies. 'private" messages? really lol. she blamed lively for making her job hell, and in the second suit jones flat out said that abel and nathan released the leak abel blamed lively for, as part of her rationalization of why she worked against women. why 'cuz I'm a liar, thanks for asking" and also the fact of the texts, the fact that abel went ahead with the plan when she knew jones had those texts, and then the fact that she made that batshit incriminating statement full of lies on facebook tells me that these people are IDIOTS. so odds that they have some great string theory that explains everything is slim. Real damn slim.

One notable message from Baldoni references a negative social media post about Hailey Bieber, suggesting a similar approach could be employed against Lively. He allegedly stated, "We need something like this for Blake," indicating a desire to replicate the negative impact of that post. Additionally, Baldoni expressed concerns about the effectiveness of the campaign, questioning, "Why is this taking so long? We need to see results." This message suggests his impatience and active involvement in the efforts to influence public perception of Lively.

The HR meeting that detailed the laundry list of sexual coercion, harassment, emotional gaslighting, and outright hostility experienced by Blake and the rest of the cast and crew? Yeah, that happened before filming resumed post-SAG-AFTRA strike last year. Nice try by Baldoni, multi-billionaire Sarowitz, and Heath, though, attempting to rewrite history and muddy the waters with Sarowitz's $100 million PR dumpster fire aimed at ruining Lively, using the same PR company that spreads 100s of 1000s of propaganda videos about Amber Heard. All that spin because multibillionaire Sarowitz, his buddy Baldoni, and their merry band of bros decided to treat Blake's on-set nudity like a private strip dance and lap dance session. And they felt sour she didn't let them motorboat her tits as she breastfed her infant and they walked in on her without her consent or they couldn't sniff her hoo-haa down there post partum, with her legs up in stirrups and Baldoni unprofessionally having his best friends act as Obgyn mere centimeters away from her genitalia, with nothing to cover during the delivery scene, and between takes, despite multiple requests for something to cover herself up between takes. Classy.

@@carol-l8u that's a nice little story you made up in your head... Relax girl, you weren't there, you don't need to inundate the comment section with your biased defense of baldoni

@@daniellappvp It's not a defense of Baldoni, it's a calling out of Blake Lively. I never even knew who he was and neither did most other people. Quite frankly, I don't think most people could care less about him, but they are sick of her bullying and game playing and manipulating and lying and refusing to take responsibility for herself. He could be an old boot for all most people care, this is about the bully Blake.

@@nahal999Blake Lively's complaints were communicated to HR and agreed to and signed by Baldoni after the SAG-Aftra strike, last year.
