There are athletes and then sometimes you are lucky enough to come across athletes that are truly special. From the day he was born, Gable Steveson, named after the USA wrestling legend Dan Gable, was already special and is out to make history after a 2021 campaign that saw him become a NCAA National Champion for the University of Minnesota, a Dan Hodge Trophy winner, a gold medal at the Pan-Am games and now pursuing an Olympic gold medal. This is the Anatomy of Gable Steveson.

Loved what he said about balancing life and athletics. Seen too many kids burn out or lose passion. Happens too when kids think to be great that one sport has to be their life. Coaching (not wrestling) hs varsity for 15 years, I hated hearing "I'm gonna quit (other sport) to focus on (different sport). Rarely was it the right choice
