Everyone who suffers from Tmd: you should check if you have a TONGUE TIE first and get it released, that’s often the root cause other than posture. Lots of people have resolved chronic pain and issues just from getting the tongue released and doing mouth and body posture exercises along with tmj exercises.

Hi, great video! I have constant vibrating at my tmj, and balance issues (not vertigo, but unsteadness in head feeling) that seems to be in sync of this vibrating at my tmj. I do have a tmj mis aligned bite, and crunching, cracking popping but no pain. I read a lot that tmj has some kind of connection to middle ear, I think I got cartlidge damage, but this constant vibrating/huming sound seems to get more loder if I clench my tmj and without clenching it continues but not so loud. But what gets me is how does tmj issues effect balance :(

Anyone here experience vehicular accident and fractured the madivular condyle. Already done close reductiom fixation, and after 5 months after the fixation. It hurts so bad, I can't widely open my mouth. It hurts when i yawn. I cannot move my jaw side ti side forward and backward. Its just a plain close open of the mouth.

If you need advise online then I'll suggest you two methods- 1. Free- Sign up for Reddit, go to r/AskDocs and ask the doctors there for advise. 2. Paid- Download the App "Practo" and consult an Orthopaedic there for a fee. You can also ask doctors for free on Practo but it takes time to get a response.

🙏Whenever there is a problem with TMJ or mouth opening, chewing food, you would like to tell you from experience that while eating food, keep equal amount of food on both sides of the tooth inside the mouth and chew it slowly or eat soft food, hard things like Do not use copra, gram, brackish etc., exercise the mouth daily before going to sleep at night and after waking up in the morning and keep taking protein and calcium in the diet and be happy.🙂
