Nice anatómical topography. Tips disection lateral and parallel URETER in the latsko space. You will find anterior division iliac intern artery. The unique transversal estructure. Uterine artery. You can see water under the bridge. My regards Dr. From ni. Nicaragua

Mostly nothing happens. Bilateral supply from both sup vesical is there and also some from inferior vesical A, some collateral from obturator vs as well
