I got to see & hear the most cowardly words ever said in a MMA cage while in a fight “ITS ONLY BUSINESS” while taking a beating for being disrespectful towards a mans (khabib) religion,family,culture,country... That moment will always make me happy that a humble khabib destroyed a arrogant disrespectful shameless excuse of a man in Conor McNugget. Also “LETS TALK NOW” after all the trash talk McNugget did building upto the fight while getting his face punched in. He truly humbled the most arrogant black hearted fighter in MMA history & yes he is the GOAT IMO.

Wow, I knew this fight was special. I could feel it. It's not too often in life that we will witness a person fulfil their destiny. It was so emotional to watch, I have only cried after 2 fights and I have been watching combat sports my entire life. I cried with Khabib after his last fight, I did not know it was his last fight at that moment but I knew what he was feeling and I just cried. Then he made his announcement and I felt grateful to have the good sense to pay attention to this man in 2012. The end of this fight with Islam was different, I cried tears of joy because it felt like I watched something else taking place. Destiny, not because it was guaranteed but because he sacrificed to make sure he made it happen. Thank you Mr. Harris for recognizing that this is something the world just has to see.

This👏is👏everything. SO good. I've been following since Will put out the Dagestan Chronicles, and apparently Khabib's team of champion-level greatness doesn't just rub off in the octagon, but to those around them, as this content quality is truly inspired. Many channels have Khabib footage, but Will intuitively includes those gem moments that others often leave out; like asking UFC rep multiple times if the backstage scale is official, to his line about taking away the phone from 11pm-9am, to fixing his friends mustache... That raw post-fight where he says he's emotionally drained after giving all he's got to his 3 fighters but that his heart is full just makes me smile- he really does seem more invested/happy as coach than when he was fighting 😂.

The way that Khabib took the torch from his father (reluctantly at first) and ascended to the role of leader and mentor at blazing speed, ushering in the “Islam Era” per “Father’s Plan” was a thing of beauty; somewhat akin to a poignant sports movie of the highest caliber. To watch Khabib carry Islam across the octagon, after his pupil submitted the all-time submission leader, was a scene that stood in stark contrast to the last time The Eagle was in the octagon in Abu Dhabi. On that day, he was overcome with emotion after a legacy-capping victory against Justin Gaethje that surely elicited mixed emotions from the Dagestani great. Seeing Khabib sobbing on the octagon canvas, his body curled into a near-fetal position as he no doubt thought about his father and the fact he wasn’t there to share the moment with him, was the hardest moment I have had to witness as a longtime MMA fan. Cut to October 22nd, 2022… and the joy I saw on Khabib’s face as he undoubtedly spoke to his father (verbally or not, it didn’t matter) and told him, as his father surely knew he would: WE DID IT, FATHER. ISLAM IS LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPION. WE DID IT. Watching from his place in eternity, I know Abdulmanap gave his son a wry smile and said “Yes, but you must not let pride get in the way. Always remember to be humble.” And with that… Abdulmanap and his legacy are starting over, yet CONTINUING, under the watchful eye and caring leadership of one of the greatest to ever pursue this amazing sport we love… Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov. RIP Abdulmanap 🙏🏼

@Haroon Mohammed 100% true khabibs own promotion EFC he has no betting odds because he doesn't want people betting on his fighters/promotion. I ask the almighty Allah to keep us all steadfast on the true deen and reunite us all in jannet al fardous

@hamza zmamri salaams well said brother…even leading up to this fight where almost everybody who’s promoting this fight here in the USA and promoting gambling at the same time, said to myself…I wonder if they realize that Muslims who follow the religion do not gamble…so thanks for making that CLEAR!! Dualities of life…if you really think the late Abdul, coach Khabib and the guys who fight out of Dagestan are doing this for money then your sadly mistaken my friend…not everyone craves fame and fortune like those in the West.

@Sun Moon Academy Lol Muslim don't gamble my G, we just take pride in seeing a Muslim brother achieve something, unlike you guys in the west are jealous of your own kin... Keep hating, and we'll keep winning.

What an incredible run of documentaries Will. Your dedication to covering every element of the lead-up and weight cut up until the fight, the climax and the aftermath demonstrated incredible execution of cinematic storytelling through the humble desire to tell the story of their other than your own. To say I am excited for future episodes would be understatement! Congratulations.
