The dude clearly has so much pride for this holiday and was having such a good time seeing everyone in his community, especially the children, enjoying their day. What a great person he seems to be. If this is actually how he is, Dagestan is so lucky to have him - he's going to impact thousands upon thousands of lives in a very positive way.
