Stay strong and learn a few coping tricks. I’ve never suffered from panic attacks, but the last 6months, I’ve had approx 20. My whole body trembles, from head to toe, my hearts bounces in my chest, I get hot & it feels like some kind of outter body experience. It’s the most bizarre thing. I’m not even sure what started them. You are not on your own. Honestly , you’ll get to learn a few coping skills that work for you. One day at a time. You’ll get there. Oh yes, I remember that. I can remember Shelley saying “what did you do?” Bless her. I recall my 1 son did same thing. I cried & cried. He was 2 & half, mop of thick dark hair. He was alone literally 2 mins whilst I went to the toilet. He found kids crafting scissors !!! They weren’t even sharp, but enough to hack off his hair in random places. I had to take him to hairdresser, who had to give him a crew cut. He looked like a hooligan 🤦🏻‍♀️. He never did it again, and I made sure everything was hidden & up safe.
