What I get from this video is that, A man likes this women who wont give him the time of day. So he works at it to try and win her over, but it won't work. the singer says take what you want from me, aka the marbles. the marbles represent everything the man that has done plus will to do for her but the marbles are going down the drain. The girl is throwing him in away in a sense. And when the girl and guy kiss, all of there marbles aka feeling and actions they have toward each leave themselves. so they both stop feeling all together.

I think the small marbles represent DNA, which would make sense because they're breaking eachother down as much as possible. Plus, him spilling his guts when he's throwing up is a form of letting out his DNA. Plus, the way they spiral is a lot like the double helix.
