I wonder if the Gulikit switch sticks would work better than the stock one.

Oh yeah undoubtedly. If put GuiliKit hall sticks in most all my handhelds. I’ll probably check and see if I have the right stick for it or order one up

Read that the joystick is 8 way and not a smooth 360 motion. Any comments based on your experience?

Yes which is good because that’s software regulated. Out of the box it acts like an 8-way fight stick

do you know if its posible to connect bluetooth headphones to those retro handhelds?

Not many Linux handhelds support the BT profile for audio. I haven’t tried it on this one because the SOC didn’t change but I’ll try it out and give you a definitive answer
