Deguito eventually admitted meeting william go , and william go asked money from her 10% of the sum. Doesn't make sense Go would ask for 10%. So in conclusion the money DIDN'T go to William go, but bank were using his name because he has foreign dealings , Go knew about this and asked for a fee for using his name. There'a a huge syndicate in there that is very organised.
