ANC loses bid to have MK Party change its logo, name

The ANC has lost its bid to have uMkhonto weSizwe Party change its
logo and name after accusing it of violating the Trademark Act.
The Durban High Court this morning dismissed the governing party’s
application with costs.

The government has been purchasing the land from the owners and also re allocating land that was forcefully taken by the previous regime. No political party will take the land back in SA, the current strategy seem to work. A lot of royalties got land. And that issue create anorther huge problem, because those who benefit from that process end up scamming the poor people by selling one site to 10 people. Which land you need to take back and how far are you in that process of getting that land back. At this juncture, I don't support ANC, but they've been making progress in that regard with the help of other political parties.
