The class Valedictorian and also the class Baron of the PMA 'Sinagtala' class of 1986 is GEN Gapay. He's also the most decorated 'cadet' in history with 13 medals.

LTGEN Gamboa is the next C, PNP. He is a member of PMA 'Sinagtala' class of 1986. He is the Mistah's of GEN Albayalde, Senator Bato, CG, PA (LTGEN Alberto) CG, PAF (LTGEN Briguez), FOIC, PN (VADM Empedrad), PMC, Commandant (MGEN Parreno). LTGEN Gamboa was born and raised in Davao. He graduated elementary and highschool in Davao. He took 3 years Bachelor of Laws in Ateneo de Davao. LTGEN Gamboa is one of the so-called 'Davao cops' of the PNP’s top brass, as he served in key posts in the Davao Region while the President was a mayor of Davao City.

Kung buhay po sana yung kababayan ko si Edgar V Dizonfrom Magaang,Pampanga PMA graduate class 86, sinagtala.isa rin po sanang general ngayon..bagong graduate nadisgrasya sa encounter nila sa nueva ecija..sayang po ang kababayan ko😢
