Cuevas was doing great, not much could be taken out of an attesting witness but the fact that he was able to get out a personal bias from the witness (3:50ish) which could be affecting her answers shows how brilliant he is.

hindi nagpadala ng assessment tax deficiency as per Sen. Escudero (a question on Jurisprudence). and Sen. Enrile ask is this the first time the Pres has authorized the exec. sec to summon/bring all the documents pertaining tax deficiency?. was it also correct that by BIR on its volition, she/comm. Henares do it without the prodding of the Executive specially now that the involved is co-equal branch. is this impeachable or tax fraud./avoidance or only subjected to surcharges. Isn't it correct to say that the Executive has a direct hand on this. It should come from the house, (the complaint) or a private individual.

last comment haha . so the function of her office in a trial like this is to see the defense as the evil and the prosecution as the good, there being an assumption of guilty until proven innocent (which is not right). lol.
