I think they got the remorse all wrong. To succeed in the remorse roll does not mean u feel no remorse, it means u DO FEEL REMORSE. If u re capable of feeling remorse (success) it means you care. If u feel no remorse for your monstrous actions, it means u don't care and u are closer to the beast.

Yes, this is very semantic. The rolls were correct and mechanically what was done here was correct, but me saying they feel "no remorse" was just an error in phrasing a mechanic that was done correctly here.

While I do agree with siding with Helena. I do feel for Silas jr. because he is constantly being talked down by his siblings for not being on the same page. I can’t think of any reason why he would stay with his family or even in Chicago after all this. Could leave to New York and be with his sire. Even drop the family name there.

i think the thing for Silas is, he loves these people, and doesnt want to abandon them even as they seem to be falling into the young vampire traps. But yeah, NYC seems to be the most logical way out without getting killed or becoming a thrall.

Guys but succeeding at a humanity roll means you feel remorse so you remain human , if you don't feel remorse it means you're accustomed to killing and becoming a monster. That's the all point of playing VtM! Or am I missing something?

I'm sorry I couldn't catch this live, please take it as no slight from me that I did not. The performances from the ST & Players were, of course, amazing as always & reaching even new heights this episode IMHO. Momobee, your performance, especially your noting what being a Malkavian means and that your mental illness would only grow worse as you age was truly real and touched my heart deeply as my own mother was an RN and so knew full well that as she was mentally ill, like her own mother, she would pass that history on into *my* own future. I've hurt many people because of it, including myself. I really thank you Momobee for making that moment real for people like me who need others to say the mentally ill, like me, didn't ask to be born, and we didn't ask to be this way. I'm an adult & I take responsibility for all my failings, even ones that stem from things I can't, or are extremely difficult to control; congratulations on your CRIT Award, you deserve it & I'm so proud for & thrilled for you! Let us also mourn Ana Henrietta Lysander ;-) Kidding! Stormbeard, I love how you've played Silas & you're awesome, keep it up!
