All I did through out my meditation was cry . Tears just rolled out of my eyes . I did not feel any energy but there was a deep sense of sadness , helplessness, unworthiness throughout out. I am 43 now and as a child I used to feel a dark sense energy take over my entire aura and I used to feel like I’m nothing in front of that fearful dark energy . That energy shows up once in a while and today I wanted that energy to show up as I am all ready to feel it and get over this feeling and nothing happen than all I did was cry out of helplessness 😢

Wow, sat outside as it began to rain, lightly but with big drops. I let it rain, like a cleansing of negativity from past times, washed away in the light, somewhat almost sunny, big drop rain. 25 centigrade European summer, not a pouring, but wearing shorts and a polo, I felt the raindrops and their cleansing. Did not get up. Meditation started before the rain and the rain is stopping right after. A micro shower with impeccable timing. Amazing. Thank you.

Just pretend. Create a image, sounds and feelings the more you do the better you will get at it.

Maya Angelou said to Oprah (both inspirational, entertaining and awakening women I adore) that when she takes the mic 🎤 to make a speech or read a poem often written for a specific occasion like when a new president is (I live in London so I don’t know the word for it escapes me, let’s say the equivalent of “crowned” 🙃😂) I am so sorry‼️ ‘presidential inauguration’ just popped into my empty mind!!! More on this later let me make my point…She said that whenever she is undertaking something like that that she’s never alone as all of her ancestors are with her and she feels their presence and love! ❤️ Now I digress…lol 😂 I hope it is correct that word (president making but we get British tv but I got rid of the tv when COVID appeared, but you Americans often forget that there are other places on planet Earth too!!! lol I can say that as I am Irish! 😂☘️ I can’t stop laughing but I swear I don’t go out at weekends to get drunk or high but lately I feel high all the time…. I went “crazy” after a “mystical experience” my brother calls it but let me tell you that it’s no joke! It was REAL as anything can be in an illusory world! However it was the second time as the first time it got as far as my throat chakra and stopped but this time it went up and down my spine, kundalini rising but I wasn’t prepared for what happened to me I couldn’t sleep for weeks after it. I felt amazing but it was too overwhelming an experience but I have adjusted but my God/dess it shone a light on everything in my life that needed releasing and forgiving and I realised that awakening is more about releasing than accomplishing! I am the awareness mostly and I stopped getting involved for awhile preferring to be the observer for a while and shortly after this experience that has altered me forever (as long as I stay focused in the awareness instead of identifying with my mind or body which I see as tools now and I had strongly identified with the female form but I am beyond moods now! I never thought it possible to be so happy! Forgive my ranting rambling long message I completely understand that it be removed! I just felt like writing! Thank you 🙏 🪷🪽
