Hypnosis to Let Go of Negative Attachments & Rebuild Confidence (Sleep Meditation Healing).
Hi and welcome to this hypnosis experience to help you release negative attachments and clear negative energy from your subconscious mind.
The subconscious (a.k.a. the unconscious mind) is where we store many core beliefs about our own identities. Hypnosis and hypnotherapy allows a better communication with our deeper beliefs, so that we may expand our personal choices, and positively change the sometimes unwanted 'stories' we often hold onto for too long within ourselves. In this way, a deep healing and personal transformation can take place.
All of the suggestions I have written for you in this track are designed to help you to heal: to discover your own dynamic powers to finally -- and permanently -- release such negative attachments; be they any memories, thoughts, images, sounds, or feelings you'd much prefer to fade away and let go.
This track will also prompt you to relax into a deep and restful place of sleep after all of the important subconscious clearing work has been achieved, so you may wake again feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and lighter inside.
If you enjoy this hypnosis experience, please consider liking this video and subscribing for more or my upcoming content.

That’s awesome! This is helping me too! I’ve been suffering from panic disorder & anxiety for the last six months. I’ve always had social anxiety but the panic attacks have been so severe it’s affecting my job & my life. I’ve become agoraphobic. I’m on an antidepressant, which is extremely helpful, but doesn’t completely alleviate the anxiety. The rest is up to me, & I believe this will help me retrain my thoughts. My negative thoughts get out of control sometimes & that brings on the panic attack. It’s not easy to change the way we think but I’m gonna keep working on it, & doing my therapy too. I will get my life back! I’m determined!

I choose to forgive everyone who has hurt me or caused me to feel negative emotions. I will never forget and I put those negative things behind me and allow them to push me forward and to become a better person. I matter and I am a good person. I am letting all of the negativity go and releasing it into the universe. I am calm, happy, prosperous and healthy. I am learning from my mistakes and I am proud of myself. I am just taking it one day at a time and I love myself. I am positive.

Same boat as me this meditation, exercise and talking to my sister and a lot of prayer ,church have really helped me.Acceptance and rediscovering your identity or who you are after all that was what I grappled with for a while. But feeling a lot stronger and some days can be hard at night sometimes when the deaths playback and u feel helpless as a mother but I believe God walks with us through this journey and has bigger doors and joy ahead. The connections you have with your children never go away it is unexplainable but once your grief subsides somewhat, there are times when you feel such an overwhelming deep feeling of love from your children or just a gush of a feeling from them that they are watching over you!.It is that same instant bond you feel when expecting and when you first held them it really, for me never goes away .Hope you find healing and that place of inner peace ,we all hope to reach on this tough yet building walk.Love and blessings

It's usually 4 to 5 sessions, 2 to 3 weeks apart and you're done. Your provider will be best suited to determine an action plan. Bottomline, it's not a treatment you go through over months and years on end. It's a quick intervention in your life.

It’s about self love; create healthy boundaries & stand by them. Valuing your time & energy. Have integrity & say NO to things that pull you out of alignment with your best & highest self. Even if that means saying no to someone you love or care about; you’re well being matters, because that’s the energy that you are able to give to others from a more solid space. We teach others to love & respect us, by how we give that to ourselves & we don’t always realize how there are so many ways that we’re not, but it’s being shown to us by who & what we’re attracting into our lives. Even those who trigger & hurt us, are showing us aspects of ourselves that we need to heal. Not everyone does the inner work, but when you do, you gradually move away from the need to prove, validate or overgive/people please. You just never know who’s taking advantage of contributing in an unhealthy or toxic way, but getting right with yourSelf, & maintaining that from a space from confident clarity, helps you be more in alignment with those who are also doing this for themselves. The ones who are not, will show it through their actions, but your re-action says a lot about you & how solid you are in your self awareness vs allowing others’ choices to sway you emotionally.

Now a days it’s enough for me to just put on the video and turn to my side just to hear: “Do not listen to this recording while driving or operating machinery” for me to fall asleep and that is amazing!!!!! You are truly a miracle in my world 🤧💖

I lost my mom 2yrs ago in Aug.,my brother in April and my aunt in Aug. I never felt so lost, distant and full of grief. I recently started having anxiety-panick attacks and feelings of dread. I recenty found meditation, and it has changed my life. I listen to this everynight as well as other and it has helped improve my anxiety-panick attacks, grief and overall life. As I read these comments, I also realized that I am not alone, and I wish anyone who is going through any kind of difficulty all the best and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

My story is that I am 54 and just after new years my wife (my 3rd) of almost 7 years tells me she wanted to separate. I promised to find the source for my lack of confidence, being a people pleaser, avoid conflict that has seemingly been growing and becoming too much. This video has opened up my memory and find the source. This is helping, and is a part of our reconciliation. Thank you Michael.

I was recently attacked by a dog and have extensive injuries to my hands wrists and arms. I needed something to try and recuperate my emotional and mental health. I did this session yesterday afternoon and shed some silent tears. Then, I woke up this morning and was able to go for a small walk with my dog even though I was still nervous about it. I also helped with some cleaning (limited but still trying) and put a small amount of makeup on. To some, that might not be huge but having trouble sleeping and always seeing the dog attack in my mind… the little acts of the everyday are huge. Thank you Michael. I will keep listening to this one to continue on my healing journey to release my fears about what I went through. Much love and big hugs.❤

I replied to him after 15 min I was addicted to watching entertainment, and reading we toon all day, I kinda lost self-control, this is the only video that helped me to gain confidence and strength, and more importantly, get rid of the negatives. I have played this video 308 times by now, and I can say that I have become so much better at focusing on art. I had never been hypnotised before - tbh I didn’t believe in it and now I realise it’s because I didn’t really trust anyone and that has lead to a life with no vulnerability and therefore no true love. Over the last couple of years I have been through therapy and have slowly opened up and changed that attitude by reparenting myself and being okay with being vulnerable. I tried “and trusted” you in this meditation and felt what it is to be hypnotised I was in awe as I went deeper and deeper and white lighted myself and cut away many negative attachments in an indifferent but loving way. Thankyou so much it has really helped and this hypnosis will now become a regular thing for me. I’m reallly grateful Michael - much love x

I had an incredible lucid dream listening to this. It began with myself in a situation having negative thoughts and letting those thoughts affect my behaviour. Then, the dream took me on a wild adventure where I consciously made all the decisions. If a door was locked, I would just believe the door would be unlocked the next time I tried it and bam, it was. The adventure I was taken on showed me what could go wrong if I continued having negative thoughts. It provoked many emotions such as panic, fear, and etc. Don't get me wrong, this dream was a blast and exhilarating but, I believe the bad feelings were provoked to train my subconscious that it needs to let go of my negative thought or I will feel these unwated emotions. I woke up and felt no desire to even have negative thoughts anymore. It was like my brain created a whole dream that I controlled, to teach my subconscious a lesson. This was fantastic Michael.

How strange! I am just starting out with these hypnotherapy audios and I listened to this one last night. I woke up in the middle of the night and I had a lot of old sad memories - not forgotten memories, just things I almost never think about - swirling in my head, stuff from way back in childhood even. But the funny thing was, I thought about them all and felt peacefully detached from them. Amazing. Is it usual to have these memories come forward like that? (just to emphasise, these are NOT repressed memories, just stuff that wouldn't immediately come to mind on a normal day).

I have listened to you for 3-4 months, I have to say, truly from my heart, that you’ve changed the way I look at life. I am positive, I fall asleep so much faster. IN FACT i can’t really sleep to anybody’s videos but yours. Thank you💕

I've been trying hypnosis and meditation lately and this has to be the best. I'm constantly anxious and feel as though I always do weird judgeworthy things and then get home and cringe non stop just thinking about what went wrong outside and inside my body.. it's painful and debilitating and makes me feel as though I'm incapable of doing anything outside of my own home/ comfort space.. I usually turned to alcohol when I was younger and goijng through one of these moments and I've just recently quit for this kind of healthier alternative and attempting to alter my negative and anxious thinking patterns.. and these type of videos especially this one, which I've listened to 7/10 times I have an issue, have helped me very much. Thank you for this.

Kaitlyn Burchett Hi Kaitlyn, sorry to hear about that :( but I’m glad things are looking up now, just wondering how you’re doing now? I’ve recently found out how introverted I am, and I’m trying to put myself out there more, maybe we could talk sometime if you have discord or something :)

Good for you. You took a great positive step. I quit alcohol that I thought was cushioning me from intense feelings. It was not helping but dulling everything. I also have some mental hardships but am getting better all the time. You will too. Additional to this, Russell Brand may be helpful. He has a lot of good videos as well. Some about all sorts of addictions but so much more. It helped me. As did this hypnosis. Much hope an new good beginnings to you. 🥰

@@blaize4482 Hello Blaize, I am finding myself especially introverted these days too - however, I do recall being super extroverted at other times as well... I know that my being introverted nowadays stems from my suffering from many past traumatic experiences with others... however, you caught my attention in a good way with your offer to talk. Good job on "trying to put yourself out there more" :):)

I found Michael accidentally while searching on UTube.. I have a horrible time trying to get to sleep & don’t want to take any sleep aids & found how Michael relaxes me & his soothing voice is so beautiful. I often fall asleep before end of time as I feel so relaxed. Thank you so much.

Yesterday I had a fairly bad panic attack because i was just holding on to too many negative energies. Whenever that happens I fall asleep to Michael sealey and man he’s really good at what he does. I woke up today feeling a lot better like I can actually take on the day.

Been suffering from sympathetic overtraining syndrome. I’m on month 4 of recovery and still having sporadic nights of insomnia. Had a pretty bad case last night. Tight chest/ anxiety, even had difficulty deep breathing for meditation. Tried several of my previous go-to sleep meditations only to stop each one mid way through in frustration from their ineffectiveness. Found myself still awake at 5:30am on pain, tight chest, jittery and feeling sick. I googled “Letting go” iand this video popped up as one of the options. Trusting in the universe, I pressed play. I fell out asleep like I was hit by a Tyson punch and woke up an hour and half later (my usual wake up time) and felt like I had slept the entire night! Body was loose, no tightness, alert and energetic. Incredible! Great stuff, thank you!

This meditation was particulary helpful for me. Your voice and imagery gives me much comfort, like a friend holding you thru bad times. I hope by repeating this Let Go of Negative Attachments every evening, I can brainwash myself out of fear and negativity. Thank you for all your help. It's amazing what the mind can accomplish with repetition. In time you do heal.

I've been listening to your channel for a while, but this is the first time I've been properly hypnotized. I had quite the journey, completely unrelated to what you were saying but it was beautiful. I traversed a palace that I didn't know connected to my apartment and explored the caverns of my mind. I like to believe that I had undone a lot of negative attachments in my excursion. Thank you
