That Cadet Unit Commanders Commanding ribbons were incorrect, the blue on the PT and unit commander ribbons needed to be inboard

Ron Jojola Per the Cadet Field Manual, the Physical Fitness Ribbon, Unit Service Ribbon, and Color Guard Ribbon are not to be reflected when they are switched to the right side. The blue color is still required to point to the wearer's right. For more information you can check the second note on section "E" of "NJROTC Ribbons and Medals".
