Trust that you are good where you are in this moment and that you will be able to move forward when you're body wants to. For now it wants your attention, your love, your peace, your trust. Your presence. It wants to connect with you. Try to avoid word like chroni*. That implies that you think that you won't heal, and everything you think and say is energy too. What you say about yourself implies that you maybe identify with those aspects that you perhaps consider as bad. But they are only here to tell you something. Nothing is good or bad. It just is. After sharing this with you I also want to say that I feel you a lot, I've experienced the same. It is okay.
