I work part time in a residence for people with behavioral and psychological disturbances. On one day I came in and the noise level was loud and chaotic, behavior matched it. I knew I couldn't change it front on. I played this handpan music as loud as I could on my phone, and just sat quietly. Within a half hour, the entire energy in the place changed and calmed down. The Vedic mantras are very powerful. I've seen people from all religions and even those with no supernatural beliefs benefit by just hearing them. People forget how old and unchanged Hinduism is. And how western science is just now discovering much of what the Rishis discovered so long ago. I study Tibetan Buddhism but it's all basically Hinduism anyway. Mera dil mein India hai ❤❤ (I hope you know Hindi but mera Hindi bahut aacha nahi hai 😊😊)

I had a moment of anger today that completely through me off. I sat outside with my feet in the grass while listening to this and I just started crying. 😢 As I closed my eyes, I could feel the anger leaving me. When I opened them, a butterfly sat right in front of me and stayed with me until I got up. This is magical. Thank you so much. ❤🦋

I too had a similar experience of release while listening to this. I saw the video had been posted and I tuned it in, expecting to fall gently asleep while I listened to it. I experienced a surprise release of past trauma and emotions!!! Also, years ago while I sat outside on my porch contemplating life, a dragonfly landed on my right knee and sat there for what felt like 2 hours! I was mesmerized by this dragonfly. I studied his wings, his beautiful color, and I sat there thinking about various aspects of my life. I didn’t move my body the whole time, only my head from time to time. After a while, I was ready to move yet didn’t want to disturb out interrupt this moment in time (my butt was falling asleep, my bent knees needed to be stretched out). It was like the dragonfly knew I was ready to move. He kind of fluttered a bit, turned to look at me, then took flight. It was a beautiful experience. I’m glad you had these experiences too🥰🤗🌺

There was a squirrel climbed up a tree next to my window and stared at me for hours as I played my video game I stared back and I could feel it wasn't going to leave that spot until I was ready for it leave kids were playing outside the squirrel still stayed still staring at me. That moment let me know animals can feel our inner emotions.

I’m not a crier***. I watched this because I smiled 😊when I realized I was looking at a collaboration with these two healers. I began listening as I lay in bed in the dark. I didn’t say the mantra because I don’t know it, this is my first time ever hearing about it. I just listened and breathed while I laid there, expecting to fall pleasantly asleep in the process. I first was surprised to find myself thinking of how can I can be of service to others when I spend most of my time on myself, on self-improvement, spiritual and mental. I then wondered what made me a “loner”, not in a negative sense, I’m just really conscious of who I am around. Then my thoughts drifted to this… I began wondering how could someone be mean to a baby. I remembered something I saw and heard a friend say to a little newborn that was so mean, I was shocked. The thought of that memory made me a little emotional. I was asking myself Why was I on the verge of tears…remember, I am Not a crier. I then had a memory of someone doing the same thing to me as a “new” little one . The thought really hurt me. A voice then asked “Do you forgive them”? Oh wow, I said to myself (as I was still in the how-could they… I remembered not words but the Feeling of hate and resentment towards me. That got the water works flowing. I then realized that I, in order for me to remove that which (I questioned what was holding me back) I had to “let it go” for my own healing. After I minute or so, I said aloud “I let it go to save myself. I forgive them as I forgive myself”…I knew I had to forgive and be at peace with it to be a step close to loving others to be of service to anyone (the way I feel I should be yet can’t seem to)… ***I only post this because someone else may have the same experience of release and I want them to know they are not alone… Peace to you fellow Earth traveler 🌻

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤о как мне эти чувства знакомы, я болела зимой и была в полном одиночестве 15 дней просто лежала ни еле ни пила потому что не могла встать ииплакала от боли и также приходили такие мясли как у тебя❤ почему со мной это случилось я одна, потом нашла силы свалилась на пол и открыла двери чтобы кто то зашёл и мне помог и Бог мне послал людей они за мной ухаживали ещё 20 дней и только 23 марта я вышла на улицу и вдохнула воздух, похудела на 20 кг за три месяца потому что не было еды первые 15 дней когда случилось а потом все деньги уходили на лекарства а сейчас научилась мало кушать, слёзы и боль тоже лечат душу❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Discovered your music while in the process of saying goodbye to one of my dogs. Luna lived to be 15, we just had to put her to sleep a couple days ago. My mind and soul feels riddled with distraction and chaos, so I put this on my TV. My other dog is now napping peacefully while we listen. I feel like I can breathe now.
