We're not even close to where you're at in curriculum, but these videos give me an insight into what's to come and what I should keep my eye out for in ways of resources for upcoming years. As always, I appreciate you and Matt's dedication to your channel and podcast, such a valuable resource in our homeschool journey.

Thanks for lauching this out! Byzantine History is my passion! One of the main reason is because contrary to most people know, and even in history books, Byzantine History is really, Roman History but in Middle Ages. The people continue to call themselves as Romans, speak Rhomaic (which we call as Koine greek or Medieval Greek), and has the continuity of the Roman government from Emperor to Emperor from Augustus to the Last Byzantine Emperor Constantine XI. It has so much contribution to history such as retaining extreme majority of what we know about the Greco-Roman past, military science, law, Christian theology, and most important of all, the use of knives, spoon and fork in the table!
