What materials to be used and with what ratio

You have to test your soil for clay to get a baseline for the ratio, so you know how much gravel, sand and lime to add as a binder instead of the concrete, which is not earth friendly. But using concrete in the mix depends on the building code as the Ghanian brother was saying. Those are ingredients I've seen on other channels, but an engineer can tell you the right ratios for your land.
