Before Islam and Christianity, Egypt was dominated by the religion of Maat.
Maat (Ma'at) - the central and perhaps most important concept of pharaonic Egypt, one of the greatest achievements of Egyptian culture. "Justice", "order and balance" and "truth".
As an all-encompassing cosmic force, it constantly puts in order the universe created by the gods. It is a delicate, "primordial harmony" that must be constantly nurtured, maintained and established. Maat is an order that promises durability and imperishability, so it plays a central role in the transition to the other world, to eternal life.l
Maat is also a political order, establishing social justice among people, liberating them from brutal violence and the law of the stronger. She is "unifying justice", the state exists because of Maat.
I invite you to listen, regardless of whether the history and mythology of Egypt is an entirely new field for you, or, like me, you are a maniac about the past of the land of the pharaohs. I invite you to hear the entire story, which I narrate in a captivating ASMR (Sleep Story) way. So tune in and enjoy!
Join me on an incredible journey through Egyptian history and mythology!

Akhenaten, also spelled Akhenaton or Echnaton, was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh reigning c. 1353-1336 or 1351-1334 BC, the tenth ruler of the Eighteenth Dynasty who was said to have lead his people into Christian teachings which would have been separate from what the other families were following prior to God's war aka "the war of the heavens".

Super!!! Fantastyczny odcinek pokazuje w jaki sposób religia Egipcjan kształtowała społeczny porządek oparty na sprawiedliwości i solidarności społecznej. Ten porządek przetrwał tysiące lat i przyczynił się do rozkwitu potęgi i kultury starożytnego Egiptu. Naprawdę nieźle wymyślili to sobie egipscy kapłani, a Ancient Sites Girl pięknie nam to pokazała w dzisiejszym odcinku. Dziękujemy!

Ma'at is pronounced 'mayat' in ancient Egyptian. Maat or Maʽat (Egyptian: mꜣꜥt /ˈmuʀʕat/, Coptic: ⲙⲉⲓ) comprised the ancient Egyptian concepts of truth, balance, order, harmony, law, morality, and justice. This principle was represented as a feminine energy, and an ancient Egyptian goddess. The principle was also expressed as holy wisdom, as in ancient Greek, Sophia. Mayat was symbolized by a large white feather, which was called the feather of truth.

Interestingly, the Hebrew word for truth and the cosmic order is “emet”, in effect the same word as “ma’at”, suggesting that the Hebrews may have adopted the theological concept of Ma’at from Egyptian theology, passing it down to modern times through Judaism and Christianity.

really enjoyed this video, the way you explained the principles of Maat was insightful. however, i can't help but think that the focus on Ma'at oversimplifies the diversity of ancient Egyptian beliefs. while moral order was central, they also had a lot of other deities and practices that shaped their spirituality. what do you all think?

From my humble perspective I would like to point out the Kemetic terminology for what acclaimed leading authorities in the west have determined to associate with dieties or gods and goddesses thus contributing Polytheism to this culture is “NTR” elaborated with vowells as “Neter” and in its plurality “NeterU” or ‘NTRU”. This term, in the depths of my study and in the inspiration that has come down through the gates of the chakras in my own central path, (Shushumna in India and Djed in Kemet) is that NTR is more closely associated with Nature, and these various NTRU are the Natures that support the movement of Creation. In this consideration Shu and Tefnut represent the NTRU or natures of ether, air or the vehical that holds Prana or Life Energy (Aka Spirit) AND Moisture, like water or water molecules that hold the ability of storing information connectively, or data when taken in from Shu, in an intercourse with Tefnut causes formation. Maat is the Nature of 7 basic principles: Balance, Order, Harmony, Justice, Truth, Reciprocity, Propriety describing the NTR of progressive living from a perspective of heightened consciousness supporting morality that further supports community living with safety and allowing continued progressiveness. I submit the practice of seeing the NTRU as Natures will deepen our understanding and application of this Spiritual Science related to this very long lasting Culture and its society. Continuing to relate to NTRU as dieties, gods and goddesses appears to only block clarity in understanding and application in favor of supporting a demeaning perspective of this very advanced system. Being that the western authorities associate themselves with a monothesiastic perspective of GOD, presenting NTRU as a polythesiastic religion may be an effort to make this spiritual science look primitive and lacking in wisdom. Yet, in further study one will find that Kemet advanced the perspective of unifying all corresponding states of polarity through the act of Balance, and witnessed the Universe as a connective state of One, a Union in which observing Di-Vinity (Di=Dual or Dynamic and Vine=System) leds to the realization of ultimate Unity, Wholeness or Holiness through the practice of Smai Tawi, or coming together or Two Worlds, which can be considered as both an internal and external practice, “worlds” being a metaphor applicable on many levels of expression. .

Nebra sky disc en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nebra_sky_disc en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleiades The dimachaeri (singular: dimachaerus) were a type of Roman gladiator that fought with two swords (dual wield). The name is a borrowing into Latin of Ancient Greek διμάχαιρος dimákhairos 'bearing two knives' (δι- di- 'two' + μάχαιρα mákhaira 'knife'). The dimachaeri were popular during the 2nd to 4th centuries CE, and were probably considered to be "insidious" by many Romans.[1] Both written and pictorial records on dimachaeri are scant and rather indeterminate.[2] Thus, an inscription from Lyon, France, mentions such a type of gladiator, here spelled dymacherus. In Roman gladiatorial combat, the retiarius, or "net man", used a cast net to entangle and defeat his opponent, the secutor, or "pursuer":

You saw that too, "This is my blood, drink it, this my body, eat it", the words of the Messiah, the Light of Heaven, Je-sus, 'sus' means Pig, in Sumerian 'sah', the Egyptian name of Orion. Haty is ancient Egyptian for Heart, 'sa' is their sign for Protection, Lifesaver, together "Hatysa", the bright star at the tip of Orion's Sword. When placed on the western horizon, Alula is found at mid heaven, meaning Firstborn. This is seen as Orion seeding Gaia, Hatysa is located on Orion's right thigh, his loins, his right leg has been cut off by the horizon, by the Mistress of the horizon, Taweret or Reret "The Sow", wife of Seth the Black Boar, she chained the "Thigh of the Bull's Leg" to the Pole Star, the 7 stars we call The Big Dipper, in Ursa Major, at the foot of Ursa Major's right leg, the twin stars Alula, Firstborn. From the Great Pyramid it takes Alula 7 hours to fall from mid heaven to the horizon, replaced at mid heaven by Vega, our old Pole Star from 12,000 years ago, the She Goat, Bau-Gula, mother of the Child Damu, called The Swine Star, "Sah", the cup shaped head of Draco, who the Egyptians called Taweret. Bau-Gula is the husband of Sagittarius, known as Pabilsag, the father of Damu, which means Blood, Brother, Relative, Pabilsag means Chief Ancestor. He stands in front of the Golden Gate of the gods, Orion, the Silver Gate of Man. The Heart of the Universe is the Pole Star, the one at center, that doesn't move, the ancient Greeks called it "The Dog's Tail," Bau-Gula is the Goddess of Dogs, the goddess with the head of a dog "Vega.".

The pyramids, pre dating Egyptian culture were used for metallurgy. It is where they processed gold from raw materials with mercury. No one stopped to think that for Egyptian empires to have so much gold on hand says they had an efficient means of mining and smelting and forging. The pyramids were used in the same way.

I just realized something. My own name of Matt sounds EXACTLY like Maat. That can't be a coincidence. Since much of the Hebrew language has connections to Egypt and Mesopotamia and my name is a Jewish name, there must have been language exchanges.

The rise of the Osiris cult in the Old Kingdom didn't overshadow *Ma*, but instead redefined it. Osiris democratized the afterlife, promising eternal life to commoners, not just pharaohs. However, this promise was conditional-adherence to *Ma* remained essential. Far from replacing *Ma*, the Judgment of Osiris elevated it as the ultimate moral arbiter, tying divine justice to the everyday lives of all Egyptians. Was this a spiritual evolution or merely a political tool to enforce social order? The answer depends on your perspective.

I got these numbers from NASA, but they were not together, I had to search for each one. Our Sun is tilted 7.25-degrees, it takes 25 days for the equator of the Sun to make one rotation, slower at each pole, 35 days each, 35+35=70, adding the hidden 7 found at the equator, 77. It takes 79 years for a point on the 7.25-degree tilted Sun to make one full rotation, the same is true for Mars and Mercury, like twins, they show up together on the same day, in the same spot in the zodiac sign, every 79 years, Mars retrogrades 70 to 79 days, loops back around to the same spot in 707 days, conjuncts with Venus 3 times in 9 months, 77 months later, they repeat their conjunction. Venus retrogrades 43 days every 77 weeks, hidden behind the Sun for 7 weeks. Mercury retrogrades 22 times every 7 years, each 3-week retrograde takes place 120 degrees from the last one, after 3, a triangle can be outlined from the 3 locations, 7 triangles every 7 years, fast around the Sun, but rotates very slow, having only 6 days every Earth year, but if you count Mercury's mid-day double Sunrise as an extra day, it makes 7 days every year. Its even seen with Earth's tilt towards the Pole star, its off by 0.736 degrees, does the dog's Tail Polaris wiggle. The goddess of dogs, seen with the head of the dog is easily found by using the tilt towards Polaris, placed on the other side, it points towards Vega, our old Pole Star from 12,000 years ago. It takes 2,130 yeas for the sun to move 30-degrees, called a Zodiacal Age. 2,160÷4(leap year) =540, which is 77 weeks of added leap days, 540÷7=77.14. if you add 77+14=91, the number of days in a season. According to available information, the angle of the Great Pyramid was most notably measured by Oxford University, specifically by John Greaves, a professor of geometry at Gresham College who later became the Savilian Professor of Astronomy at Oxford, who conducted extensive measurements of the pyramid in the 1630s. The angle of the great pyramid is 51.84 degrees. Using the number 7 you can find the angle, 360-degrees is divided by 7, use only the 51. the face of the pyramid is a triangle, 3 sevens (777) jointed together from a 60-degree triangle, 3x7=21, there are 4 faces on a pyramid, 21x4=84. Just using simple math. The ancient Egyptians used a system of measurement based on the human body to build the Great Pyramid of Giza, including a unit called the royal cubit, which was equal to seven palms. The 60-degree triangle made of sevens equals 24 hours, 3 angles of 60, from 3 sevens (777), 60x3=3hrs, 3x7=21hrs, together 24hrs, 7hrs to sleep, 7hrs to work, 7hrs to learn, by using 60x7, it equals 420, time to get stoned, LOL These numbers are found with the movement of the sun throughout the calendar year. Stellarium is a free and open-source planetarium, you can look at the stars from anywhere on Earth. It shows that the Sun is found at the tip of Orion's Club every Summer Solstice, 77 days after the Summer Solstice, is 16 days before the Autumn Equinox, 106 days before the Winter Solstice, 169 days after the Spring Equinox, 7 days after the splitting in half of the Leap Year, August 31st is 183 days away from February 29th, leap day, when September 6th is the 250th day of the year, 115 days left, can you find all the hidden sevens? 7+7=14 and 1+4=5, May 14th is 250 days after, and 115 days before. May 14th is the Egyptian Panegyric of Isis! This celebration recounts the tale of Isis recovering the body of Osiris after he was slain by their brother Set (Seth), throwing his body in the Nile River. On May 14th in ancient Rome, the feast of the Argei took place, which involved the casting of rush mannequins (tiny dolls) into the Tiber River.

@@SahuMaculu oh, the 51 degrees of the Great Pyramid is close enough to 42 degrees that it is noted this refers to rainbows-we see them when the angles of the colors reach our eyes at 42 degrees looking up to them...51 degrees like upper color...🌈
