У нас есть желе из отвара хрящей с мясом. Называется ХОЛОДЕЦ или студень. С горчицей и чесноком очень вкусно. Обычно, готовят его зимой, к новогодним праздникам. На любителя, но русские его уважают, едят с отварной картошечкой и соленым огурцом, под рюмку холодной водки😋👍
