The true reason Adesuwa went to Oboro kingdom is because she wanted Ogie Oboro to pay her
@philipslaska7908 Жыл бұрын
You are very correct. Becos Ogie Oboro bought goat from her on credit and intentionally refused to pay the debt as he wanted Adesuwa to visit his home becos of his intentions to propose marriage to her.

destiny ovbiebo yes of course. God bless our pple
@Charly300-c3c10 ай бұрын
Of course Oriomwon is Bini..I'm from Ovia but any one who can seize Oriomwon has weakened the Oba of Bini, because Oriomwon is where most Bini royal army are based! So you understand why it took almost 200yrs to to defeat Agboghide

The story is misleading. AGBOGHIDI wasn't from Ugoniyekorhionmwon. But from UGONIYEKIKPOBA. THAT IS, "UGONEKI". ABOUT 38 MILES FROM BENIN CITY, ALONG BENIN-ASABA ROAD.
@uyiuyi6214 жыл бұрын
"FOR PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE" (1) There is UGONEKI(Ugoniyekikpoba). (2) UGONOBA (3) UGOMONSON. (4) UGBAYON- UGO (5) UGONIYEKORHIONMWON. People need to know the history of these 5 UGO(S) OUT OF THESE 5, ONLY 2 HAVE OGIE. THAT IS UGONEKI AND UGONIYEKORHIONMWON. AND UGONEKI IS THE SENIOR OF THEM ALL. AGBOGHIDI WAS ONE OF THE ENOGIE(S) IN UGONEKI. AND HIS MOTHER'S NAME WAS "EMONKPAGBÈ". AND HIS WIFE WAS THE FAMOUS "EMONKPÒLUWA" WHO HELPED HER HUSBAND AGBOGHIDI TO WIN "OBORO" WAR BY KILLING THE OGIE OBORO WHO KILLED "ADESUA" THE DAUGHTER OF CHIEF EZÒMÒ OF UZÈBU IN BENIN CITY

My dear, there is no empire that rises that never falls, Rome empire, British empire etc all raises and fall, Benin empire was one of the greatest in Africa, and the only empire that fought the European for over 400 years till 1897. Benin Kingdom was a country of it own till 1897. By them , all Nigeria was already captured by the British. Till today , the only empire the British fear and respect in Nigeria is still the Benin Kingdom inhabitants.

And later the benin people will say the Esan people are bad. Whereas the Esan has been a loyal friend to the benin in the time of war whenever they were call upon.
