Ancient Warrior

This is one of my songs that won the East Coast Music Awards in the Aboriginal category back in 2001. The Award Show was hosted in Charlottetown P.E.I. and I took the Band there to play in the 72 hour jam, you could hear a pin drop when we came on stage, it was classical. We were all dressed in traditional regalia, I started with a chant then kicked in with the band half way through the song and the crowd went wild. We rocked the house that night.
