In this video you can see me visiting the Old Quebec city, Chateau Frontenac, Taking a ferry from Quebec city to Levis, watching a short movie based on the history of Quebec and Canada. Hi Varun, being a vegetarian and having lived in Canada for quite a long time, I realized that in general, the gravy for poutine is made of beef stock. Vegetarian gravies are only available in select locations where it needs to be specified by server.

Just an FYI. Poutine is non-vegetarian. The Brown gravy on top is mostly a light and thin chicken gravy. Some places have started offering vegetarian gravy but those are very rare and mostly in Ontario.

depends on whether you want East coast tour or west coast tour or a ski vacation. but all in all , I think if you spend miserly than you will be able to manage around 2 to 2.5 lac INR though if you spend lavishly and visit multiple cities than it could cost anywhere between 4-5 lac min INR Canada is a beautiful but expensive nation. it will surely blow you away. p.s- I live in Hamilton , Toronto , Ontario , Canada.........
