It’s better than my Dyson and every other flat iron I’ve ever used and I’ve been straightening my hair for a good 20 years at this point. My hair is butt length right now, after two separate big chops. I’ve tucked it away for so long, and did nothing to it (but wash and deep treatments) as it grew and grew. But what’s the point? Heat damage be damned! I don’t care anymore. It ’s actually easier to manage and less tangles when blown out. I flatiron maybe every 3rd or 4th blowout depending on weather conditions. Just because yall like to be in hair prison doesn't mean other naturals want to be in the cell with yall. It's the nerve of yall for me. If Simone wants to enjoy her hair then that's what she is going to do. Yall strict naturals are boring and yes I'm a natural too. I dye, silk press, blow dry, mini twist, braid my hair whenever I want to. My hair doesn't define me, I define my hair. Im going to enjoy my hair for as long as I can.

Good for you! I'm a relaxer girl, but I admire how you just rolled with it and didn't freak out! You can fix damage, and... it will grow back! The same happens for relaxed girls. Natural girls are just waiting for perms to damage our hair, lol! It usually doesn't. But damage can occur for many reasons- for me, simply switching from a comb to a brush caused it. But so what. With damage or no damage, regular trims do the trick- I trim 1/2 inch about every 2 months. Healthy hair will just grow right back. It's not earth shattering, lol. You have nice length (mid back) and so do I. So no biggie!❤

Girl anyways since it’s so slight just get the aphogee in the white bottle with purple accents. It stinks…bad but it’s a protein treatment. Anyways follow the directions then apply hot air to the hair until it turns crunchy. DONT blow dry the hair just apply heat to the hair to make it crunchy. When your whole head is dry that’s when you wash it out and then deep condition. This is for everyone who has slight damage.

when i moving to Arizona, the water sun and pollution out here broke off my hair aka damaged it badly,i couldn't find my hair products(i just found them at an african spot and on amazon),but now it is slowly growing back and getting its thickness back as well....i will go days without oil in my hair(it stays natural oily),i usually wash once a week and condition twice a week and before going out in the sun i spray a heat protection on it(cause the sun can do damage too, depending where you live, and how your hair follicles react to it)....i so cant wait for it to grow some more and keeps getting its thickness back,so i can keep it braided myself(cause i cant find anyone to do it,or they wana charge an arm, leg, foot and ear for simple braids😂😂)....
